man|architects is a boutique practice based in south melbourne, formalising over 10 years of collaboration between the principals with a wealth of experience in housing, education and urban design both in melbourne and london. we have a growing portfolio of built projects, an emerging practice profile and a strong design philosophy.

design, and design outcomes, should have inherent meaning, be of purposeful materiality, and achieve clear formal and spatial resolution. our design investigations and design methodology are premised on achieving the highest quality result regardless of constraints, from the smallest school extension or landscape intervention through to projects exploring news ways of habitation, of denser living, of high density residential developments as well as the single dwelling.
